The Endo-Express® tool, combined with SafeSiders® files, eliminates the fear of breakage during insertion and removal and avoids common issues associated with typical reciprocating movement. Unlike conventional reamers/files that risk clogging the canal and pushing debris toward the apex, the 30-degree reciprocating motion of the Endo-Express® prevents such errors.
With a 30-degree alternating motion, this short amplitude creates a balanced force, keeping the file centered. It eliminates cyclic fatigue, torsional stress, and the risk of coverage or breakage.
It also features a coupling mechanism, engaging with the dentin only during clockwise motion. In counterclockwise rotation, it disengages from the dentin.
