PRF DUO QUATTRO CENTRIFUGE
Mô tả sản phẩm
The PRF DUO Centrifuge is the optimal solution for dental surgeons in regenerative surgery.
It is currently the only centrifuge supported by the inventor of PRF technology, Dr. Joseph Choukroun. No other centrifuge on the market offers this distinction.
1. The PRF Concept
PRF is a fully autologous fibrin matrix that contains a large number of platelets and leukocyte cytokines.
Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), developed by Choukroun and colleagues (2011) in France, is the second generation of concentrated platelets widely used to promote the healing of soft and hard tissues. The fibrin clot, known as Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), continuously releases growth factors and cytokines in the environment (VEGF, PDGF, TGF Beta, Thrombospondin, etc.).
Numerous international publications have documented the effectiveness of PRF in various indications such as oral surgery (implants, bone grafts, maxillofacial surgery, extractions, etc.), orthopedic surgery, aesthetics, and dermatology.
Today, PRF is recognized globally, from Nice to New York, from Los Angeles to Shanghai, from Rangoon to Moscow, from São Paulo to Cape Town, from Santiago to Zagreb.
In Vietnam, PRF is expected to become a new trend for dental surgeons, helping to maximize healing time and regenerate bone volume.
2. How to Use the PRF Duo Quattro Centrifuge
The PRF DUO Quattro Centrifuge is extremely easy to use: simply choose one of the six pre-set modes and press the start button to begin creating A-PRF membranes or I-PRF liquid.
These settings allow the clinician to select the appropriate spinning protocol depending on the patient’s needs. A seventh setting is also provided, allowing clinicians to adjust the spinning speed and cycle. The Duo Quattro’s design minimizes vibration, offering low noise and stable operation.
3. Applications of the PRF Centrifuge
The PRF Duo Quattro Centrifuge is used in the following types of surgery:
- Implant placement
- Bone grafting
- Maxillofacial surgery
- Tooth extractions
4. PRF Centrifuge Kit Components
4.1. PRF Box
Used for:
- Storing membranes with optimal quality, thickness, and size
- Collecting integrin-rich exudates and hydrating biomaterials
- Storing membranes during surgery
4.2. PRF Disc Tray
A tool for preparing membranes. Fibrin is transferred to this tray for separating blood clots. It can also be used for cutting and folding fibrin membranes.
4.3. PRF Cup
Used to mix cut membranes with biomaterials. It can also be used to cut membranes by placing them in the cup and cutting them with scissors.
4.4. PRF Scissors
Designed to separate fibrin clots from red blood cells and cut membranes into small pieces.
4.5. Long PRF Clamp
Used to handle and hold fibrin membranes in place.
4.6. PRF Clamp
Used to handle and remove fibrin membranes.
4.7. PRF Plate
Allows easy positioning of PRF membranes or placing membranes in the desired location by sliding them over the plate and positioning them in the targeted area.
4.8. PRF Compressing Device (Small and Large)
Used to compress and condense non-bone material in recipient areas (sinuses and around implants).
4.9. Double PRF Spoon
Used to collect and handle materials from bone cavities and place them in recipient areas (sinuses and around implants).
4.10. Hemostasis Device
A tourniquet-style device used to control bleeding by applying pressure around the patient's arm, approximately 10 cm above the blood draw site.
4.11. Bandages
Used to hold blood collection equipment in place during the draw.
4.12. Tube Holder
Used to place tubes after sample collection, allowing samples to settle.
4.13. A-PRF +
Helps clinicians collect more leukocytes in PRF, improving outcomes for bone graft stimulation.
- The new A-PRF+ tube is specially designed for medical devices performing this protocol.
- Class IIa.
- Traceable.
- Box of 100 tubes.
4.14. S-PRF
- A liquid PRF product that replaces the previous i-PRF tube.
- S-PRF is used to irrigate bone graft areas, creating adhesion and promoting healing.
- PRF Liquid combines with A-PRF and biomaterials such as allogeneic bone (Allodyn) to create blocks in bone graft surgery.
4.15. Blood Collection Kit
Helps with rapid sample collection BC10.
- Box of 20 kits.
